Our three Employee Resource Groups, driven by passionate colleagues, champion awareness, support, and meaningful change:
- ESG: Led by our Head of ESG with cross-business representatives, this group advances initiatives for our people and supports clients’ ESG goals.
- ED&I: Includes a “speak up” network, LGBTQIA+ allies, and a menopause chat group, led by sector ambassadors fostering equity and inclusion.
- Wellbeing: Comprising mental health first aiders and HR, this group promotes colleague wellbeing, supported by a regularly updated wellbeing hub.
