As experts in recruitment ourselves, we’ve set a high bar for our recruitment processes, which we regularly review to ensure they are inclusive, fair and consistent for everyone.
Our inclusive approach to recruitment
When you apply for a job with us:
- Your application is automatically anonymised by our internal recruitment system, to remove any potential for unconscious bias
- You’ll receive a feedback survey from us to share your experiences, to help us learn where we can make improvements
- You’ll have a range of reasonable adjustment options available to you if needed during the interview process (more detail on this below)
We’ll continuously collect and review anonymised diversity data across our recruitment processes to help us ensure we’re fairly assessing candidates and being equitable in the opportunities we provide.
Reasonable adjustments
If there’s anything we can do to make our recruitment processes more accessible for you, please tell us. Here are some of the adjustments we’re able to offer:
- Requesting questions ahead of the interview
- Providing interview questions in written format
- A change of interview time, format or setting
- Visiting our office ahead of your interview
This is not an exhaustive list – we’re happy to consider any additional reasonable adjustments, please speak with our team to help us understand your needs!
"My interview process with Gattaca was really positive and though I was prepped to ask for accommodations, I was pleased to find that the process was extremely accessible. Through Gattaca's DNA (and the way it's bought to life by our TA team) it became apparent that this truly was an organisation I can be authentically myself at.
A year on I hosted a webinar about ADHD in the Workplace for national inclusivity week, and I couldn't have done that without the support and encouragement of our teams across the group”
