Every quarter, you'll sit down with your line manager for an open career conversation about your goals, progress and objectives giving you full transparency of your pathways. You'll determine your objectives in collaboration with your manager so that you always feel confident in what you need to deliver!

“Having studied Business and Management at university, I’ve always had an interest in taking this further.
I began discussions with Matchtech about the possibility of being supported through a Masters qualification, and from the outset, it was clear that the business was keen to help me achieve this goal.
The course is a 28-month part-time commitment, with travel expenses and annual fees. I've been granted all the study leave required to complete the course and have been supported with the financial commitments as well.
I’ve now been awarded a level 7 Senior Leader Award with the Chartered Management Institute (CMI). I’m extremely grateful to the group for the support given and will apply the skills I’ve developed whilst working here for many years to follow.”

Gattaca will provide you with a pot of budget in your annual enrolment window known as the benefit allowance (0.5% of your salary), to put towards the Voluntary benefits of your choosing.
