We’re here to serve the employee experience, helping everyone maximise their potential through our performance monitoring and management processes. Alongside this, we work to make sure that our office facilities are smart, professional and accessible, offering opportunities for everyone to bring their whole selves to work and deliver their best.

We’re not the traditional People team, who police the work environment. We’re here as a support mechanism, a resource to assist our peoples’ development and performance. We help managers with people data, employee relations matters, change management, well-being matters, recognition and reward – helping empower them to make better decisions. 

Our team is based at the Whiteley HQ, as well as at our South African office, in Cape Town. We're on a journey to deliver the best HR operating model for our people, making us a great team to be a part of!
