Setting you up to become an expert
Our 12-week Onboarding 4 Success training program is crafted to give you all the skills and knowledge you need to thrive in recruitment, even without previous sales experience.
We'll help you get up and running with a mix of at-desk training, classroom sessions with your cohort and regular check-ins with your in-team buddy and manager.
You’ll have access to a library of resources and work closely with expert teams in our local offices, ensuring you always have on-desk support and a wealth of knowledge to draw from.
