Hello, we're the Talent Management team!

Our Guru, Head Honcho and all-round superstar leader Amy Bathie joined the forces of the Talent Hub and L&D teams to create the Talent Management Division.

The Talent Hub sources and nurtures talent for the business, while L&D are our best-in-class trainers, who help to develop our talented colleagues. Together, we make one dream team.

We’re united in our passion to bring in the best people and develop their potential to be as successful as they can be, whatever their starting point, role or experience.

The talent management team are made up of passionate, committed, and dependable people, we show up and get the work done, each in our own way. If compared to a sweet treat, we'd be Haribo Starmix, but we are a mix of backgrounds, experience and passions but are all stars at our own jobs!

Talent Hub

We’re responsible for finding, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet Gattaca's needs and drive success.

We focus on finding the right candidates, building relationships, and ensuring a seamless hiring process from start to finish.

Not only that, we pride ourselves on making sure our internal colleagues have access to all of the internal opportunities available, helping them develop their careers and meet their long term goals.

We cheerlead, advise and coach where necessary - Whether you’re an internal or external candidate, we're here throughout your journey with us. We'll give you very honest answers and won't just sell you a dream.

Learning & Development

We meet, induct and train - in some capacity - every individual who comes into Gattaca. For the majority of our team, our main base is in our Whiteley HQ, but we also have members based in London, Winnersh, South Africa and remote locations.

Whether it’s the basics of Recruitment, sales training, systems optimisation or leadership training - One of our very talented team can inspire and educate you on the subject.
