Working within our specialist Rail team, you'll focus on white-collar professional services recruitment, supporting clients with key hires including:

You'll recruit across both contract and permanent opportunities while developing your own specialist market area.

Your desk becomes your own business within the business. You'll spend your time:

• Identifying and winning new clients

• Managing recruitment processes from initial brief through to placement
