The Opportunity

What you’ll do:

• Sourcing, screening and qualifying candidates within the Building Control Surveyors/RBI's space.

• Headhunt passive candidates using market mapping, database intelligence, and targeted outreach.

• Use Recruiter, Lusha, and Matchtech’s database to identify, engage, and “open up” candidates through consultative conversations.

• Ensuring SLAs are met, including same‑day note submission and 24‑hour CV feedback.

• Building strong relationships with candidates to ensure reliability and minimise dropouts.

• Develop your desk through spec recruitment, candidate-led business development, and trusted advisory relationships.

This is a quality-led, relationship-driven market where success is built through strategic headhunting, strong candidate engagement, and intelligent client qualification - not high-volume CV sending.

What you’ll bring:

• Highly resilient, with the drive to succeed and overcome setbacks

• Confident on the phone and able to engage quickly with candidates

• Motivated, energetic and able to “crack on” in a busy environment

• Comfortable working under pressure and in a target‑driven setting

• A team player who brings positivity and commitment

• Someone with fast‑paced background experience (bar work, hospitality, call centre, etc.)

• Looking to grow and potentially progress into a Consultant role
