Join Matchtech’s established Aerospace team and take ownership of a specialist 360 recruitment desk supporting leading aerospace manufacturers, OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers. You'll recruit sought-after engineering and manufacturing talent, develop long-term client partnerships, and help shape the future of aerospace technology.

What you'll be doing:

• Build and grow your own Aerospace recruitment desk

• Win new business and develop existing client relationships

• Source and place high-calibre engineering talent

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sales through to placement
