Sales Consultant – Water White Collar Desk

We’re expanding our White Collar Water contract desk. An award‑winning, social, and driven team who support some of the biggest names in the water sector. With a new funding cycle in process and demand set to surge, there has never been a better time to join us.
The Opportunity:
As a Sales Consultant, you’ll play a pivotal role in growing your own desk within one of Matchtech's most established and successful markets. This is a sales‑led, telephone‑focused role involving proactive outreach, developing relationships, and building a high‑quality contractor base.
You’ll recruit for white‑collar civil engineering roles across the water industry, including:
Site Engineers
Design Engineers
Project Managers
Planners
QSs, Foremen, Site Managers and other civil skillsets
With access to our well‑established industry networks, this role is all about growing and nurturing new client relationships while developing long‑lasting connections across the water sector.

Confident on the phone, including cold calling
