Client Services Director
The Client Services Director plays a pivotal role in building, strengthening, and expanding strategic relationships with both new and existing clients. The purpose of the role is to ensure client retention, drive sustainable growth, and position Matchtech as the trusted STEM talent partner of choice.

MSP, RPO, Workforce Solutions Management
Managing a portfolio of client accounts & being client facing
Direct management of account managers/client partners – both remote and in-person
Proven track record of retaining & renewing accounts & driving new sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Leadership
Build, maintain, and deepen trusted relationships with clients across our portfolio, ensuring long‑term partnership.
Act as the key point of contact for escalations, strategic discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Educate clients on market trends, challenges, and innovations, working closely with internal teams to deliver best‑in‑class service.
Commercial & Strategic Growth
Forecast internal NFI to support business growth and client workforce planning.
Identify and pursue opportunities for upsell, cross‑sell, and new business development across services and solutions.
Maintain commercial awareness of client profitability and ensure alignment to performance targets (PBT).
Account Management Leadership
Lead, mentor, and align the Account Management team to deliver against client expectations and internal objectives.
Set goals and objectives that drive high-level service delivery and conversion performance.
Ensure contracts, SLAs and day‑to‑day agreements are delivered as specified, while identifying opportunities to streamline processes and minimise risk.
Stakeholder Communication
Provide regular updates to senior client stakeholders and internal Gattaca leaders (SLT, Sector Heads, Delivery teams).
Produce progress reports, insights and recommendations to support decision‑making and continuous improvement.
