As an Agency Billing & Data Entry Specialist, you’ll take ownership of a variety of finance and administration tasks — from entering hours from timesheets, websites, and files, to preparing and issuing invoices to clients. You’ll ensure accuracy when billing customers for contractor work, manage debt-chasing activities, and handle incoming queries from candidates regarding payments. With around 200 invoices to upload weekly, this position is ideal for someone who’s organised, efficient, and thrives in a fast-paced, detail-focused environment.

We are looking for a customer centric, team player to join our welcoming and experienced team on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract.
