As a Recruitment Consultant, you will develop the technical expertise and market awareness to identify, open, and develop new market opportunities in an inclusive and supportive environment.
We are looking for an experienced and sales driven person to join our Rail Communications team where you will typically recruit for Communication Engineers, Installers, SISS and Ops comms. The rail market is bouncing back — join us now and grow with the momentum!
You will grow, what we refer to as “your desk” - your desk in recruitment is a hub of activity, where you'll spend your days connecting with candidates, coordinating interviews, canvassing clients and working closely with hiring managers to successfully fill open vacancy. Sales activities and building relationships will be an integral part of your role.

We are looking for individuals with;
- Ideally, we are looking for a driven 360 Recruitment Consultant to grow our presence in rail comms or another specialist rail market – a hands-on role for someone who loves building relationships and delivering results.
- If you don’t have experience within the Rail Industry but are an experienced 360 Sales Consultant, then this could still be the right desk for you.
