Be the Driving Force Behind a High-Performing Construction Team

As a Team Leader you will be the ‘captain of the team’ and an exemplary role model. You will lead our Construction team who are part of our wider Highways Department. You will support the Department Manager to build, maintain and grow a successful and collaborative team of results-orientated sales consultants, who in turn contribute to your department, sector and the wider Group’s growth.

To succeed you will require excellent motivational, business development and recruitment skills, alongside specialist technical expertise within the Construction market.

In this billing role you will recruit Site Agents, Site Supervisors, Commercial Managers, QS's and Foreman’s with a focus on South East / Midlands / London.

We are looking for individuals with;

1. You don’t need to be a Team Leader already—if you’ve actively mentored and supported junior colleagues, we want to hear from you. Leadership potential matters just as much as formal titles.
2. This is a hands-on billing role, so experience in white-collar construction recruitment (contract or perm) is essential. We’re looking for someone who understands the market and can hit the ground running.
