As a Recruitment Consultant, you will develop the technical expertise and market awareness to identify, open, and develop new market opportunities in an inclusive and supportive environment.
We are looking for a sales driven person to join our Engineering team in Toronto with a focus on Alberta and Ontario.
You will grow, what we refer to as “your desk” - your desk in recruitment is a hub of activity, where you'll spend your days connecting with candidates, coordinating interviews, canvassing clients and working closely with hiring managers to successfully fill open vacancy. Sales activities and building relationships will be an integral part of your role.

We are looking for individuals with;
- Bring Relevant Recruitment Experience- Ideally, you’ll have a background recruiting in engineering or construction sectors, familiar with the technical language, client needs, and candidate profiles, giving you a head start in this market.
