Your Next Mission: Driving Success in the Defence Sector 🚀
As a Recruitment Consultant in our Defence team, you’ll take ownership of a profitable desk of trusted client relationships. This is a warm, established market with huge potential, giving you the platform to drive business development while building lasting partnerships.
You’ll be supported by a highly experienced team, but with the autonomy to shape your own success. This is a true 360 role, with around 60% focused on growing and developing client accounts, and 40% on delivery. Typical roles you will cover are systems, software, embedded software, hardware, and project management.
We are looking for individuals with:
- Proven success in a 360 permanent recruitment role.
- Experience recruiting into engineering skillsets (defence experience not required).
- A sales-driven, resilient mindset with determination to achieve and exceed targets.
- Ambition to develop long-term client relationships in a high-performing market.
