Are you a recruitment professional with in-depth knowledge of the Recruitment to Recruitment (Rec2Rec) sector? Do you thrive on connecting high-calibre recruiters with the right opportunities? At Matchtech, we’re looking for a dedicated Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Recruitment to Recruitment to lead and shape our growth plans.
You’ll play a critical role in positioning Matchtech as the agency of choice for experienced recruiters in the Hampshire area. From talent sourcing to tactical advisory, you will guide internal and external stakeholders with market insights, build trusted relationships, and deliver exceptional hiring solutions across our high-growth sectors.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Identify, engage, and place top-performing recruitment professionals into our high-growth Sectors.
- Act as the go-to expert for Rec2Rec hiring, advising internal hiring managers and candidates on market trends and best practice.
- Partner with hiring managers to shape their recruitment strategies and meet critical hiring goals.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline of recruiters at all levels; 360 consultants, delivery specialists, business developers, and leadership talent.
- Champion an inclusive, efficient, and high-integrity recruitment process that reflects Gattaca’s values.
- You'll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, working closely with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and inclusive recruitment process.

Understand the nuances of placing recruiters, from motivations and cultural fit to commission structures and career pathways.
Builds trust fast, able to influence decision-makers, coach candidates, and act as a reliable advisor to both sides of the hiring equation.
Brings a consultative approach, offering insight, empathy, and strategic thinking to every conversation.
