The Role
As the Head of Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and strategic expansion within the managed services and recruitment process outsourcing domains of Gattaca Solutions. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring operational excellence across all Solutions client portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Vision and Strategy: Develop and execute a clear vision and growth strategy for the division.
- Identify Opportunities: Proactively identify and evaluate new business prospects within the Solutions client base.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients and collaborate with them to understand their workforce needs. These relationships should also be held at Senior Stakeholder / C Suite level. Ensure seamless execution of MSP and RPO services, meeting or exceeding client expectations. Identify ways of continuously improving our service offering to Solutions client base & each client to have a plan of continuous improvement.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform business strategies.
- Team Management: Lead and inspire a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment. Ensure ongoing development of the Client Partners.
- Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance to achieve revenue targets.
- Process Optimisation: Streamline and enhance operational processes to improve efficiency, compliance, and service delivery.
- Supplier Management: Collaborate with staffing agencies and suppliers to ensure high-quality talent acquisition and workforce management.
- Risk Mitigation: Implement risk mitigation strategies related to workforce planning, compliance, and contractual obligations.
- Working with Recruitment Sector leaders to deliver best outcomes
- Consultative Approach: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic workforce solutions tailored to their unique needs. Drive ongoing collaboration & transparency between our Sectors & Solutions on approach, strategy & progress to foster Trust & identify further areas for wallet share. This may be achieved via Account Plans, internal QBR &/or verbal communications across the business.
- Performance Metrics: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and drive continuous improvement.
- Continuously Improve: Identify ways of continuously improving our service offering to Solutions client base & each client to have a plan of continuous improvement.
- Contract Renewals: Working with existing clients to ensure retention plans built to retain clients & renew terms
- Implementations: Ensure collaboration across all functions & teams to ensure a agile & smooth implementation for any new wins
Key skills:
- Proactiveness – working to understand challenges, resource requirements & commercial opportunities being visible both externally with client/s & candidates
- Communication – the role will require someone to constantly communicate with variety of stakeholders (clients & internal stakeholders) and interpersonal abilities with aptitude in fostering long-term relationships.
- Organisation & Attention to detail
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with workforce management, contingent staffing, and recruitment processes. A proven track record in managing MSP or RPO services would be ideal but not essential.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute business strategies aligned with market dynamics.
- Results-Driven: A focus on achieving measurable outcomes and driving business growth.
- Commercial awareness / mindset: Thinking about new & existing clients always from a commercial angle. Ensuring profitability on all agreements & value adds where agreed are chargeable.
